How do I store the powders?

Most Nutradry powders have a shelf life of 3 years (please check the label).  Store all unopened powders in a cool dry place, ideally less than 20°C at all times.  Once opened it is important to squeeze out as much air as possible and re-seal the bag quickly.  Store the pouch in the freezer or refrigerator where there is little or no moisture.  DO NOT leave the bags opened for any length of time as the powders may absorb moisture from the air and start to lump or cake.  If your product does lump or cake it is still perfectly OK to use, just break it up by hand or in a blender.  Because we do not add anti-caking unless we absolutely have to, our powders may “Go hard” if not stored or handled properly.  This is not a quality fault but merely the nature of dry food powders that do not have anti-caking additives added to keep them free-flow under non-ideal conditions.
