Being a natural product there is natural variation of the nutrient content in the powders. We do not test each batch for nutrients as this would be very costly but we do know from many years of experience and several University studies that Nutradry has excellent retention of valuable nutrients in the final powder and that the damage during drying is negligible. A good example is the retention of vitamin C in our drying of Kakadu Plums. All vitamin C is retained and concentrated during drying, this product is tested every batch as it forms part of the COA. From time to time we do test some products to validate the raw material and drying process standards & quality.
We can and do test nutrient levels in specific products on a case by case basis; this is primarily for our contract dry customers’ or customers who purchase a product for a specific nutrient purpose. Please talk to us if this is of interest (Minimum volumes apply).
