Can I visit Nutradry?
Nutradry does not operate a physical retail store. Nutradry’s Brisbane site is a certified food manufacturing facility producing high-quality food powders for supply to other businesses. Our manufacturing plant is not open to the public, we must adhere to strict food safety and site security requirements. Our small pack sizes and samples are only available via the Nutradry Online Store. Existing and prospective business customer meetings can be arranged by prior appointment.
Do you offer Contract Dry Services?
Nutradry offers very limited contract drying services and these are considered on a case by case basis. We kindly ask that contract drying requests are put in writing with as much detail as possible and emailed to info@nutradry.com.au. We then asses the opportunity and will respond asap as to whether it is a suitable project.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
Most of our range is available in 10Kg minimum order quantities. Some products are made to order or custom made and minimum order quantities apply. We also offer a wide range of our products in 1Kg and 200gm packs for direct purchase only online at the Nutradry Online Store.
Does Nutradry make pieces / particulates?
No, our specialty is high quality powders.
Does Nutradry use freeze drying?
No, Nutradry uses a very different technology to freeze drying; it is a low temperature continuous evaporation process meaning it is very gentle on the raw material and is far quicker than freeze drying. The speed of the process and low temperature means the nutrients, flavour volatiles and colours are not damaged during the drying process.
